Minnesota drought deepens with dry weather expected into the fall

Worsening drought is Minnesota’s biggest weather concern right now, and a steep change in the weather pattern is the only escape, climatologist and meteorologist Mark Seeley told MPR News.
“I don't see that happening, unfortunately,” Seeley said of a pattern shift. “A lot of the models are still alluding to the notion that we're going to see persistence of drought well into the autumn season.”
