St. Paul Mayor Kaohly Her reportedly has no plans to step aside despite a new lawsuit by St. Paul police Chief Axel Henry alleging the mayor sexually harassed him and that city officials retaliated against him after he complained about her conduct.
The lawsuit has drawn public attention because it involves prominent officials and is a rare case of a man accusing a woman in court of sexual harassment.
