Quiet and calm to start the week. Sneak peek at State Fair forecast
Pleasant conditions to start the work week with high pressure in control. At or slightly below seasonal temperatures expected this week. Our next chance for spotty thunder and shower activity will be later this week.
High pressure brings more sun Monday. Spotty thunder chances late week
High pressure will keep things warm, mostly dry and bring lots of sun Monday and Tuesday. Some isolated to spotty thunder chances become possible later in the week. 
Seasonal temperatures, patchy fog overnight, quiet work week
Comfortable highs in the lower 80s expected this week with high pressure. Fog develops overnight, for mainly low-lying valley areas. Air quality alert continues until noon on Monday.
Hazy sunshine and seasonal temperatures
Canadian high pressure sprawls out across the Upper Midwest, providing sunshine and quiet weather conditions. Wildfire smoke aloft still a cause for concern in northern Minnesota.
Decreasing clouds, patchy fog overnight. Very nice Sunday.
Clouds will decrease overnight leading to patchy fog. Sunday will be sun-filled and dry with warmer temperatures. Most of the week’s first half is dry for most. 
Lingering cloud cover and isolated showers; hazy skies continue
Low pressure centered over the Great Lakes region will provide lingering cloud cover and very isolated showers. As high pressure moves in we will see sunshine and quiet weather conditions. Air quality alert continues for northern Minnesota.
Scattered showers with smoky skies; weekend roundup
Air quality alert out for portions of northwest Minnesota. Scattered rain showers continue into Friday evening, with isolated chances early Saturday. Pleasant temperatures expected this weekend.
More spotty showers Friday, then a pretty nice weekend
Our system slowly pushes east with scattered showers continuing Friday. Clouds will decrease Saturday. There could be a few lingering showers Saturday. Sunday looks dry and sunny.
Partial sunshine with scattered showers; quiet weekend ahead
A low pressure center continues to move very slowly across northern Minnesota. Ongoing scattered showers and a few rumbles of thunder are possible for Thursday night. Temperatures remain slightly below our average to end the work week.
Lingering showers and instability Thursday and Friday
Showers will linger much of the morning for northern Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin. Pop-up storms are possible again Thursday afternoon and evening. The weekend looks dry.
