Mild start to the week; then snow; then c-c-c-cold
A stronger system approaches from the west later this week. This storm should affect mainly the southern half of Minnesota with shovelable and plowable snowfalls.
Foggy start to a mild Monday; possible snowstorm for Thursday
Southwestern and south-central Minnesota will probably see some sunshine on Monday, and it looks like we could see some peeks of sun Monday afternoon in central Minnesota and the Twin Cities metro area.
Mild start to the week; snow potential Wednesday and Thursday
Most of Minnesota will see high temps in the upper 20s to lower 30s Sunday afternoon. Southwestern Minnesota could see some mid to upper 30s. Monday's highs will feature 40s in southwestern Minnesota.
Mild weekend; snow chance late Wednesday and on Thursday
Saturday highs are expected to range from the lower 40s in southwestern Minnesota to the upper teens in the far northeast. Some spots in the Twin Cities metro area could top 30 degrees. Much of Minnesota will reach the 30s on Sunday.

Highs this Friday afternoon will be range from the 30s in west-central and southwestern Minnesota to the upper teens in northeastern Minnesota. The Twin Cities metro area is expected to reach the upper 20s, but a few spots could touch 30 degrees.

Northern Minnesota will see some periods of mostly light snow this Thursday, with very light snow showers or flurries possible in central and southern Minnesota. Much of Minnesota will see periods of light snow on Friday, and periods of snow are expected Friday night and Saturday in the north.
