A mostly-lovely week is on its way
The work week after Monday should be rain-free for Minnesota and with a smaller temperature spread. High temperatures are forecast to be mainly in the 60s to low 70s but a bit cooler along the North Shore.

I heard someone say that it was too “hot” Friday afternoon, when we hit 78 degrees in the Twin Cities. It was 12 degrees warmer than our average May 5 high temp, but I’ll bet that most people enjoyed the warmth! It was like a taste of June. Back to the 60s Most of Minnesota will be back…
Warmest day of 2017 so far; weird jet stream pattern

Bright and dry for most of Minnesota
Other than a chance of a shower/isolated thunderstorm Friday afternoon and evening in northeastern Minnesota, most of Minnesota will stay dry from Friday afternoon through Monday.
