A federal judge has dismissed arguments made by men allegedly trying to join ISIS that they are enemy combatants and so should have conspiracy murder charges against them tossed out.
Twitter has suspended more than 125,000 accounts for threatening or promoting terrorist activities, "primarily related to ISIS," the company announced Friday.

The announcement comes just weeks after a woman sued Twitter, saying the platform knowingly let ISIS use the network "to spread propaganda, raise money and attract recruits."
Advocates say they went to court after exhausting other efforts to get records on the Countering Violent Extremism program. They say they're particularly concerned about the program's efforts to monitor Somali-American children in school.
