Seasonably cool night Sunday night then summer temps this week
Temps will drop into the 40s mostly overnight Sunday night with near 50 degree temps in the Twin Cities. Clouds increase Monday with warmer highs in the 70s to low 80s west.

A judge has acquitted a Minneapolis man accused of killing three people and wounding two others in St. Paul in a case that hinged on an alibi defense. The St. Paul Pioneer Press reports that Judge Kelly Olmstead on Friday found Antonio Dupree Wright not guilty on all charges. 
North Dakota panel will reconsider denying permit for Summit CO2 pipeline
North Dakota utility regulators will reconsider their denial of a siting permit for a proposed carbon dioxide pipeline. The panel last month denied a siting permit for Summit Carbon Solutions' 320-mile proposed route through the state.
