in St. Paul and two other Minnesota cities, likely from the damaged
nuclear power plants in Japan, state health officials said Tuesday.

In a revised forecast, the NWS predicted today that the Red River at Fargo-Moorhead will reach 39 to 41 feet by Sunday. Water levels hit 28 feet today.
