Pipeline safety officials said Thursday they
have not reached any conclusions about the cause of an oil pipeline
explosion and fire that killed two men in northwestern Minnesota
last November, despite a report to the contrary that came out last week.
MnDOT officials say the intersection where Tuesday's school bus crash occurred is not considered a dangerous one. But some people who drive that stretch of rural highway say it can be treacherous.
