Grammy-winning Okee Dokee Brothers Justin Lansing and Joe Mailander aren’t brothers but grew up as friends in Colorado. Since moving to Minnesota as adults, they have produced a series of popular albums of family music.

The Okee Dokee Brothers —Justin Lansing and Joe Mailander— are a much loved musical duo with Twin Cities roots. They’re on tour with their seventh album, Brambletown, and their tour includes a handful of shows at the Ordway Theater in St. Paul on April 22 and 23. Justin and Joe joined MPR producer Melissa Townsend to talk about their Grammy winning family music band.
