Ryan Winkler is a business and technology lawyer who served 13 years in the Minnesota House — representing St. Louis Park and Golden Valley — and was the DFL majority leader from 2018 to 2022. He is also the CEO of Crooked Beverage Company, a Minnesota hemp- THC beverage brand.
