Duluth police cope with COVID-19 outbreak; 29 staff members, including chief, in quarantine
The Duluth Police Department has 29 members currently in quarantine due to suspected exposures to the COVID-19 virus, according to Chief Mike Tusken, who is also self-isolating as a precaution.
