Hormel union workers reach tentative agreement; Minneapolis fights MPD workers' comp claim

Minneapolis police officer's work comp claim rejected; Department of Revenue finishes processing rebate checks

A committee of the Minneapolis City Council has rejected the $145,000 workers' compensation claim of a police officer who beat a man during unrest following the killing of George Floyd. The Minnesota Department of Revenue announced Monday it’s finished processing the one-time tax rebate payments. Charges boosted in Kingsbury killing; MPD officer's workers' comp claim rejected

A grand jury has returned first degree murder charges against Adam Fravel. He was arrested earlier this year in connection with the death of Madeline Kingsbury. A committee of the Minneapolis City Council has rejected the workers' compensation claim of a police officer who beat a man during unrest following the killing of George Floyd. Sgt. Above-average temps to start October, Rep. Dean Phillips pulls back from leadership position
