The North Star Grand Prix race in Stillwater last Sunday is considered the grand finale of the six-stage North Star Grand Prix, and puts riders to the test with the 24 percent grade climb up Chilkoot Hill. The women's race climbs the hill 14 times, the men's race 23 times.

Worthington, a town of about 12,000 in southwest Minnesota near the Iowa border, is playing host this weekend to the U.S. Windsurfing National Championships and Unvarnished Music Festival.
