The top US leaders in Iraq were on Capitol Hill yesterday for a second day of testimony.
General David Petraeus and Ambassador Ryan Crocker testified before the House Armed Services Committee in the morning.
In his testimony, Petraeus said he is not inclined to seek another troop buildup in Iraq. Rather, he outlined his preference for reallocating troops to hot-spots as they flare up.
