China and Myanmar after disaster

A casualty form China's earthquake
Candles are lit for a person killed in the town of Dujiangyan on May 14, 2008 two days after a powerful earthquake stuck in southwest China's Sichuan province. Many people are sleeping outside in the region fearing aftershocks as the full horror of the devastating 7.9 magnitude earthquake began to emerge. Rescuers discovered whole towns all but wiped off the map, pushing the death toll well above 20,000.
