This morning we are watching the slow movement of a vertically stacked low pressure that extends from the surface near Huron, SD up about 25 thousand feet in the atmosphere.
Forecast track of surface low through Minnesota
A blizzard continues to rage in the Black Hills, where it has been snowing and blowing hard the past twenty-four hours.
The track of this low should put some accumulating snow across far northwest Minnesota later tonight and early Wednesday.
