This Sunday at Canterbury Park in Shakopee the horses get to take a breather while giant birds take to the track.

Also on the bill are camel races.

It's "Extreme Race Day" at Canterbury and there are all sorts of questions about how it works. So Tom Crann asked Tommy Bartram, the track chaplain at Canterbury, to come into the studio to explain it.

Bartram is also an ostrich jockey himself from time to time.
