It was two years ago next month that Abdel Baset al-Megrahi feebly walked up the stairs to jet back to Libya, released by authorities because he was about to die.
al-Megrahi is better known as the Lockerbie bomber.
Yesterday he appeared at a pro-government rally in Libya, the Associated Press reports.
