The "what's the deal with that?" season is officially underway in Minnesota politics, with the release today of a short film for Senate candidate Kurt Bills.
It hits a Twilight Zone theme, if you couldn't tell. Bills apparently produced the film for the Minneapolis 48 Hour Film Project, in which filmmakers get two days to make a film.
