A business owner accused of selling illegal synthetic drugs is back in jail after reopening his Duluth store following a police raid.

Jim Carlson, owner of Last Place on Earth, was arrested Wednesday night on a weapons violation. Federal agents say they found a gun at Carlson's store during a raid of the store Friday.

The Duluth News Tribune says Carlson will have to appear before a federal magistrate before he has the chance to make bail.

Carlson's arrest once again closed the doors to his store. It had been reopened briefly after Carlson posted bail Tuesday. He and his son, Joshua Gellerman, are charged with four counts of selling controlled substances.
