The Sounds of Blackness will be performing "The Night Before Christmas: A Musical Fantasy" tonight on the Guthrie Theater's Wurtele Thrust stage.
This is the 35th anniversary of the first performance of this show which is a contemporary adaptation of the poem "A Visit From St. Nicholas." It explores the true meaning of Christmas through R&B, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Blues and Gospel music.
