This is the sort of flooding we see in March in western Minnesota but this time it's because of 6 inches of rain that fell overnight in Luverne. Some people were stranded on Interstate 90 when the water covered the roadway. The highway was closed west of town.
Chad Smith posted this video this evening of a portion of his drive through town.
And Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where 4.5 inches of rain fell..
