The Boston Herald, a Murdoch outfit, didn't even come close to trying to avoid a racist image in its editorial cartoon today.
It wasn't an accident. Staff artist Jerry Holbert recycled a previous cartoon in which he characterized the toothpaste as "raspberry flavored."
Update 1:08 p.m. - The cartoonist has apologized.
