A twin-engine plane crashed into a building in Wichita, Kansas, this morning, shortly after it took off.
Here's a little of what I know about the situation.
The plane was N52SZ, a King Air 200, which is registered to the Beechcraft Corporation. Wichita is the home of several manufacturers of general aviation aircraft.
The plane was flying to Mena, Arkansas, where the company also has a plant.
Shortly after takeoff, the pilot declared an emergency, saying he'd lost an engine. But there was no further communication.
