An Ely man has started a new business -- delivering booze to ice houses on the lakes around Ely, the Duluth News Tribune reports.
Safe Ride, which normally runs people around town for $5, has added the liquor-delivery service after figuring out a way to keep the alcohol from ending up in the hands of minors.
If you're fishing on Miners Lake or Shagawa Lake, libation is $5 away.
"Please fish responsibly," the company advises on its Facebook page.
This will do until this becomes a reality.
