A Rogers, Minn., youth basketball team won't even be allowed to get a participation trophy.
They were kicked out of a league tournament, according to Fox 9 News.
"The Northwest Suburban Basketball League has decided RAYBA does not fit into the league. The main reason they made this decision is because other teams do not want to play RAYBA due to the skill level," a letter to parents and coaches said.
“Three teams were threatening to I guess either forfeit the games against us or flat out quit the league. So for some reason they kicked us out,” coach Jason Hanauska said.
His team was 3-0 when the league decided the high school team was too good.
