Montevideo, Minn., is high on the NewsCut list of favorite quirky cities of Minnesota. This video, posted on the police department's Facebook page, isn't going to tarnish its image one bit.
The police recently found a man with a warrant riding his bicycle. So they hit the siren and gave ... chase.
Though the police department said the chase happened recently, it appears to be from last August.
