Seniors consider co-housing alternatives

As aging Americans find themselves empty nesters and yet still not wanting to leave home, they often rent out extra rooms in their homes, often at a lower-than-market price. It's good for baby boomer homeowners and good for their renters, economically, socially and emotionally.
