Fred de Sam Lazaro, who does tremendous work traveling the globe covering the undercovered stories under his partnership with St. Mary's in Winona, didn't have to go very far to find who some believe is the reincarnation of the senior lama who died nine years ago.
He's fourth-grader Jalue Dorje and he lives in Minneapolis.
