As the clock ticks on the legislative session, here's where things stand

It's now three weeks from the required end of Minnesota's regular 2019 legislative session, and the state House and Senate have been putting in long hours to pass their versions of a new state budget. Soon, they'll need to merge the competing visions and strike a deal with Gov. Tim Walz.
