Minnesota lawmakers finished their special session just before 7 a.m. Saturday after the House and Senate passed the final pieces of the state's next two-year budget. MPR News political reporter Briana Bierschbach joined Angela Davis for a look at what is — and isn't — included in that $48 billion budget.
