The State Fair weather quiz is a MPR News tradition. Retired University of Minnesota meteorologist and climatologist Mark Seeley brings us the 2019 edition during a stretch of sunny and cool fair weather that has boosted fair attendance to record levels again.
This is the 23rd anniversary for the quiz, Seeley said.
