Climate One: The art of the green deal

Climate One series host Greg Dalton interviews two members of Congress about their proposals to address climate change.

Democratic U.S. Sen. Ed Markey of Massachusetts is co-sponsor of "The Green New Deal," and Republican U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida is sponsoring a plan called "The Green Real Deal," which is a market-based alternative.

Sen. Markey is interviewed first, followed by Rep. Gaetz. Afterward, Miranda Hill, a reporter for The Hill, offers her analysis of the possible political fate of the two proposals.
