Much of northern Minnesota is starting this Sunday with temps in the 20s below zero. There are mainly teens below zero in the Twin Cities metro area and much of southern Minnesota, but a few spots in southeastern Minnesota have dropped to 20 below.
Wind chills are coldest in northern Minnesota. A wind chill warning continues today and until noon on Tuesday in northwestern and north-central Minnesota:
