Periods of showers and thunderstorms are expected in much of Minnesota plus western Wisconsin Saturday evening and overnight Saturday night.
The highest rainfall totals are expected to be in southeastern Minnesota, where a flood watch runs from 10 p.m. Saturday to 7 a.m. on Sunday:

The NWS Storm Prediction Center shows a slight risk of severe weather (shaded yellow) Saturday evening and overnight Saturday night from south-central and southeastern Minnesota into western Wisconsin:
The southeastern portion of the Twin Cities metro area is included in the slight risk of severe weather Saturday evening and overnight Saturday night.
Slight risk means that scattered severe thunderstorms are possible:

Severe weather outlook Sunday and Sunday evening
A few very spotty showers and thunderstorms are possible Sunday morning and early afternoon, then a more organized area of showers and thunderstorms is expected to develop in western Minnesota by late Sunday afternoon and move eastward Sunday evening and overnight Sunday night.
The NWS Storm Prediction Center shows a slight risk of severe weather Sunday afternoon and Sunday evening for much of Minnesota (including the Twin Cities metro area) plus western Wisconsin:

Temperature trends
Sunday highs will be mainly in the 80s, with 70s in northeastern Minnesota:
Sunday afternoon dew points will be in the 60s and lower 70s:
Back to forecast highs, Twin Cities metro area highs are projected to reach the lower 80s on Monday, followed by upper 70s Tuesday through Thursday and around 80 on Friday.
