Most of Minnesota is seeing Sunday morning lows in the 40s, but there are a lot of 30s in the far north and also in northwestern Wisconsin. A few upper 30s are also mixed in with the 40s in central Minnesota. There are patchy areas of early morning fog.
Sunday highs reach the lower 70s in many areas, with 60s in northeastern Minnesota plus far southeastern Minnesota:
Our Twin Cities high in the lower 70s is a few degrees shy of our avg. Sept. 11 high temp of 75.
