Minnesota U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar is attending the Inauguration ceremonies at the U.S. Capitol Monday. Klobuchar chairs the bipartisan committee that has been planning the inauguration. She joined MPR News host Cathy Wurzer Monday morning before the proceedings got underway.
