Decision to not file charges in Tesla vandalism case in Minneapolis draws criticism

Minneapolis police released videos showing a man vandalizing Teslas. A suspect was arrested, but the Hennepin County Attorney's Office declined to file criminal charges — instead putting him in a diversion program and requiring him to pay restitution.
