Feds charge 8 in 'massive fraud' tied to Minnesota housing stabilization program

"Unfortunately, our system of trust-but-verify no longer works," Acting U.S. Attorney Joseph H. Thompson said Thursday as he announced that eight people have been charged with fraud tied to Minnesota's housing stabilization program.
