A man is charged federally with ramming his car into the vehicle of an ICE agent last week in St. Paul.
Federal prosecutors say that on Nov. 25, immigration agents went to a home on St. Paul's east side to arrest an undocumented person.
Around 7:45 a.m. officers spotted two men leave the house — including the person they were after — and get into separate vehicles.
In an affidavit, ICE agent Benjamin Jorgenson said Jeffrey Josuee Lopez-Suazo, driving a Toyota Corolla, squeezed past law enforcement vehicles and fled.

Lopez-Suazo later allegedly "jerked his vehicle" into the passenger side of Jorgenson's vehicle, before returning to the home and running inside.
Lopez-Suazo was released from jail after pleading not guilty to assaulting an officer.
The ICE raid drew demonstrators, some of whom threw rocks and bricks.
St. Paul police deployed chemical irritants and projectiles, injuring several photojournalists.
