Drought expands significantly across Minnesota
While a few lucky spots have received rain, most of Minnesota has been very dry this September. This has allowed abnormally dry and moderate drought conditions to expand.

We’ll have more scattered clouds today, but temperatures will be back above normal, ranging from the upper 60s to mid-70s. It will be even warmer later in the week.

A strong low-pressure system in the northwestern Caribbean is forecasted to strengthen this week, potentially bringing heavy rainfall and flash flooding to Florida’s Gulf Coast.
