Calm start to Monday before the storm
Sunday evening into early Monday will bring clear skies and calm conditions. However, our next weather system will arrive late Monday afternoon, bringing increased cloud cover and rain showers. Cooler temperatures will follow, setting the stage for our next chance for light snow Tuesday night.
Sunny Sunday ahead with continued breezy winds
Another sunny weekend day with above-average temperatures in the low 50s. Winds won't be as strong as Saturday, but there will still be occasional gusts. The dry weather will last through early Monday, before a deluge of rain moves in.
Winds continue Saturday night; sunshine expected Sunday
A breezy Saturday will give way to a gusty Saturday evening, with winds continuing from the south-southeast, gusting over 25 mph. Overnight temperatures will be unusually mild, hovering around the typical daytime highs for this time of year.
Breezy and mild Saturday; dry front moving through
Expect a breezy, mild Saturday with wind gusts reaching up to 35 mph. Partly cloudy skies will prevail as a dry front moves in from the north. The pleasant temperatures are set to linger into the work week.
Nice November weekend; widespread soaking rain next week
A potent weather system next week looks like mostly rain for most of Minnesota. Snow accumulations are possible in the far north.

Minnesota drought conditions continue; slight improvements observed
Slight improvements have been observed in the drought conditions across Minnesota. The most significant change occurred in the metro area, where the entire Twin Cities region is now classified as “abnormally dry.”
Lingering clouds Thursday. Brighter and warmer Friday
In the wake of Wednesday’s rain, clouds will linger into Thursday. Sunshine returns for Friday along with milder temperatures. The active pattern continues with two systems ahead.
