Becoming more breezy Thursday and slightly cooler
A weak cold front is sweeping through southeast Minnesota, pulling in slightly cooler air today and increasing wind speeds. Temperatures will still be near or above normal into the weekend. 
Solar storms may bring northern lights, especially Thursday night
Coronal mass ejections can blast Earth’s magnetosphere with solar energy and excite different gasses like nitrogen and oxygen. The result can be vivid auroras in the nighttime sky. Keep an eye on the northern night sky the next two nights.
Is AI coming to a weather forecast near you?
It’s still early in the artificial intelligence forecast process, but the skill shown so far is astounding. It’s quite possible that AI-generated weather forecasts could lead to a breakthrough in forecast speed and accuracy in the coming years.
Warmer and bright Wednesday; weekend snow showers possible
Morning temperatures Wednesday were already 15 to 30 degrees warmer than early Tuesday. We’ll see highs in the 40s across southern Minnesota Wednesday. Temperatures will be slightly cooler Thursday.
Milder Wednesday with plenty of sunshine
After a cold start to the week, Wednesday will be considerably milder. Highs will be in the 40s across southern Minnesota. A weak cool front will drop temps slightly for Thursday. 
Coldest morning of the season so far gives way to a warmup
Early Tuesday brought the coldest temperatures we’ve seen since March. It will be warmer but still below normal Tuesday. Wednesday will bring warmer-than-normal temperatures. 
Not as cold Tuesday afternoon; warmer air building in
After a frigid start, temperatures will be warmer than Monday but still below normal. Milder air builds in for Wednesday into the weekend.
