Heavy snows aim south, metro rides the edge

Snow! Winter’s strongest storm takes aim
Six to 12 inches are likely from southwest to east central Minnesota and west central Wisconsin Thursday into Friday. It could be the biggest snowfall so far this winter in the Twin Cities.
