Wisconsin health officials confirm there are at least 15 cases of measles in an outbreak in the southwest part of the state. Measles cases are surging all across the country, as the anti-vaccine movement grows. The CDC reports 2,566 confirmed cases of measles already this year, surpassing last year’s total of 2,289. It’s the highest number of reported cases of measles in the U.S. since 1991.
