St. Louis braces for more protests over cop's acquittal
Hundreds protested in St.Louis after a white police officer was acquitted on charges he murdered a black man. The protests were mostly peaceful until a broken window at the mayor's home brought out riot police.

Police say Brent Ahlers, a former St. Catherine University security guard, told them he accidentally shot himself in the shoulder and made up a story about an intruder. The school issued an apology Friday evening.
