Authorities have identified a 34-year-old woman who froze to death in St. Paul this week, found Monday dead of hypothermia outside the apartment building where she lived.
The construction company that was working in a downtown Sioux Falls building Dec. 2 when it collapsed is asking the community to "keep an open mind" until the cause of the tragedy is determined.
The right three lanes of southbound I-35E near Little Canada were closed for much of the morning. The ramp to westbound I-694 was also closed for part of the morning.
