Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts confirmed that a draft memo has leaked indicating that the court intends to strike down the landmark Roe v. Wade decision. If this memo becomes the final decision of the court, it would leave abortion access up to state leaders. Dr. Jill Hasday is professor of constitutional law, family law and legal history at the University of Minnesota Law School. She joined host Cathy Wurzer to explain what this potential ruling could mean for Minnesota.
