New to Minnesota? Here’s what you need to know

Are you new to Minnesota? You might have heard people say Minnesota is a hard place to break into, with its cold winters, hot summers and insular culture.

But Minnesota can be a wonderful home for the many transplants who move here. 

MPR News host Angela Davis talks with Minnesota transplants about what you need to know when you are new to Minnesota, and about efforts to attract and retain people in the Twin Cities.
